A tenacious negotiator, a gifted eye for detail, dedication to the client, persistence, wide knowledge of the applicable analytics, and excellent management of buyers...and sellers. Factors outside of our control caused this listing to start virtually simultaneously with the current inflationary bubble and consequent rate hikes. The market moved from red hot to ice cold in a matter of weeks. This Lady did not panic, she calmly surveyed the changes in market conditions, allowed the time necessary to ensure that those conditions would be in place for some indefinite period and made marketing adjustments to allow for the successful conclusion of the process. Throughout, she was confident of a successful resolution, even as the entire market virtually collapsed around her. In our conversations, she was always prepared, had researched available resources to ensure that the courses taken were the best choices possible and remained positive. She has a team of dedicated professionals around her, most especially her Office Manager, right arm and rock. At no point was any question left unanswered...and at no point did any one pretend to have any answer that could not exist. In other words, Marissa and her people were always candid, blunt, honest about the art of the possible and never, ever blowing smoke. If a question had no answer or called for speculation...then that was what I was told.
