We really enjoyed our process of working with Chris in the sell of our property in Farmers Branch. - His analysis of the area is very thorough, he truly showed a deep understanding on the current market and the area - He stayed on top of everything from beginning to end. He talked with the buyer's agent constantly, communicated great with the buyers' lenders, and stayed in constant communication with us - There were some negotiations through the process and Chris handled it so well, he came to me with solutions, options, and info thinking ahead in the process Based on my experience we will be using Chris again and I would recommend him if you need to buy or sell a house! - Lastly, he has a great team! At one point in the process Chris had a previously scheduled vacation, he assured us his team was ready to handle our listing while he was away and he was spot on! His teammate Allie gladly stepped in and we didn't miss a beat. She even hosted an open house for us in his place.
