Having Marissa and her team working together we had the fastest offer (less than 2 hours after the first scheduled showing) for more than we were asking with a very smooth and quick closing. Her team was there to assist us with anything we needed, such as inspections and surveys. Smoothest and quickest home selling we ever experienced. Marissa was our agent when we bought the house, and there, ready to help sell it almost five years later.
