We had the ultimate pleasure of working with Allie from Bishop Country Realty on our TX home purchase. Circumstances did not allow us to come to TX while in the home search/buying process but Allie was amazing and helped us navigate everything, especially through this crazy market. She drove all over different cities to visit homes and give us details on the areas to help us make a decision. Once we did decide on a house and got an offer accepted, she was so very responsive, even in our time zone differences, and helped put our minds at ease by making special trips to the property to video for us and help set up services that was hard for us to do from CA. We could not have been any happier with the care and service we received from her through the entire process. To say we are appreciative is an understatement.

I recently was visiting from MN my friend who lives in Texas. I decided to look at some real estate properties and decided that I needed to get a realtor to show me some options. I found Bishop Realty and let me tell you, this was the most seamless, effortless painless house buying process ever! From start to finish, Allie was beyond amazing! She picked me up in her SUV and had already found over 5 properties that were all within my search criteria. She even had one that she told me she thought would be utterly perfect for me . . . but they were requiring ALL offers be in my 1300 that very same day! Needless to say, we were on a time crunch and we both decided that we needed to check out this “perfect” house first. This house was beyond perfect! I knew from the very moment we drove up with its immaculate lawn and the curb appeal, this house was special! Once we stepped inside, I was taken aback by the amount of openness from the vaulted ceilings and the spread out layout. Then we walked into the fully modern and gorgeous kitchen. I am pretty sure I already knew I NEEDED to put an offer in before the 1300 deadline as soon as we saw the kitchen. I was just so amazed by everything Allie had done for me and how in-depth she had searched for homes in my price range and location. Once I decided I was going to put an offer on the table to throw in the mix, Allie dropped me back off at my friend’s house, while she rushed to the office to draw up the necessary paperwork. She even took it one step further my keeping the party aware of a late submission. During this whole process, Allie was exceptionally responsive to all of my random questions and messages from start to finish! As I stated earlier, the whole process from start to finish was so incredibly easy! I truly could not have asked for a better realtor in Allie and I am so fortunate enough that she was my realtor otherwise I might not have been able to get an offer put together in such a short amount of time!

Allie Egger was my realtor, and I cannot say enough great things about her professionalism, skills, diligence and follow-through. Allie helped me find my perfect home in the Dallas area while I was in So. California selling my home there. I placed an offer on my house sight unseen with the help of Allie’s videos and commentary. She quickly determined the style of home I desired and floor plan I needed for my elderly parents and me. Allie is young, but seems as seasoned and experienced as someone who has been a realtor for at least 15-20 years. This is a testament to Marissa Bishop, who trained and mentors her.
