We were truly blessed to have Mina as our realtor! She was very kind and patient and honest with us about the sale of the home. From the first step to the last she was there! No question was a dumb question as she put it and always had an answer for us w with any questions we had! If she didn’t know the answer she found it! Tanya was very knowledgeable in so many areas of real estate, detail oriented, and well organized. She also was very proactive and worked continuously to see to it that our property was always in the forefront of all media listings. Tanya answered all of our questions very promptly, 24/7. She’s a true professional and had a passion to see to it that our property would be a successful sale. And it was. It sold quickly and exactly for what we were asking. They say buying a house is stressful, but with Tanya as my agent, the stress levels were minimal. Tanya is patient, direct, knowledgeable, and prompt. I went into the process with no idea what to expect, and not only did Tanya guide me through what would otherwise be an overwhelming number of considerations, she helped me to truly understand what I was looking for in the first place. Tanya is the consummate professional, and yet, at no point did it feel as though she was trying to make a sale. Rather, she was helping me find a home, and my family and I could not be happier with the result. She looked out for us from the first time we looked at a house to the day we signed closing documents.
