Dan was our second realtor. He was very responsive and always ready with good advice. We would have been better off if we started with him and might have done better price wise had we started with him. However, we were ready to get it done and over with so probably got a little less than expected initially.

Dan was our realtor through a purchase and eventual sale of our home. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t give up until we found the perfect property. When we sold it 9 years later he found great comps and gave great advice when it came to offers. We couldn’t be more appreciative for all his assistance.

Beth was an absolute dream to work with! In one of the most challenging real estate markets we've seen in years, she was a true advocate for us, ensuring we got what our home was worth despite economic uncertainty. Her communication was impeccable—she kept us informed every step of the way, which was crucial since we had already moved out of state. She went far beyond what I ever expected from a real estate agent, regularly checking on the property, adjusting the thermostat, and even sending her husband over when a showing left a plumbing issue behind. Selling a home in today’s unpredictable market is no small task, but Beth navigated it with skill, determination, and a deep commitment to our best interests. She fought for us in negotiations, ensuring we didn't have to settle for less in a difficult economy. I am beyond grateful for her hard work, professionalism, and personal touch. If you're looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile and truly advocate for you, Beth is the one!

Experienced, knowledgable, protected are 3 words I felt in my experience with Kristen Calhoun! Seek her out of looking to purchase your new home!

My wife and I moved out of state and sold our house remotely. We needed an agent who could manage the sale as well as painters and cleaners. Kathy impressed us with her organization and we felt confident that we could rely on her to take care of everything after we moved out of state. Kathy is a real “go-getter” with a good eye for value added improvements. The house presentation online was great. We ended up getting about 20% more than we expected when we started the process.
