Beth went over and above when came to signing on to sell my aunts home. Prior to our meeting, she researched the home itself, the location, recent sales in the area and pricing for homes such as my aunts home. She looked at the local school district, local amenities such as restaurants and grocery stores. The easy access to local highway. She was extremely patient when it came to the liquidation of the contents and making the home ready to market.
