Selling a Property with Darin
Darin is the man. Gives you honest feedback, communicates in the way easiest to you, keeps his word on how your property will be advertised and if you ask for his opinion (in my case) it came to fruition so we priced it and got top dollar for my property. Definitely a wealth of knowledge in the areas he works in, highly recommend.

Very responsive
Darin helped my mother-in-law sell a lot she and her husband had bought in Florida in the late 1980s. The lot was in a subdivision that has always struggled and the lot was a "flagpole" lot, creating additional challenges. As both I and my mother-in-law do not live in Florida, we reached out to several real estate agents about selling the lot. Darin was responsive from the start and provided a great package of information that helped us decide the best listing price. We were not disappointed in our choice of using Darin. He sent us all of the necessary paperwork electronically, proactively reached out to let us know progress, and walked us through every step of the sale process so we felt completely comfortable. The lot sold in less than one month from the date of listing at a price at the upper end of the range Darin had guided us toward. We would highly recommend Darin for his responsivness and knowledge of the market.

Professional and timely advice.
We chose Darin Craine from a host of realtors sending information about our lot. His information showed a knowledge of the current situation. We contacted him. He was prompt, very professional explaining things and keeping us informed of what he was doing. Our lot sold it in a matter of days for an amount much higher than any offer other firms were stating, We highly recommend him.

Amazing Gentleman
I have had the pleasure of working with Darin for the last six months. He is highly professional a master in real Estate knowledge. Darin kept me informed of his work on my land. The Best Realtor I Know
Ashley took a whole week out of her work schedule to be able to help My family and I find the right home since we were flying in from new york and only had a week to make a decision and best believe she did!!!!!
