We found Marcos on internet! We found Marcos so honest and real from the first phone call we had! Before him we contacted other realtors, which every conversation starts the same: “do you have mortgage preapproval?” No, Marcos first introduced him helf, then his family ( His sweet wife Ashley and his sweet boy Matthew ). And then step by step explained everything in details. He always took his time and made us feel like we are his only buyers, but not he was talking with us on the phone while he was on the way to close other houses. He was so quick to realize what our perfect house imagination looks like. He went to lots of showings where he was like: “ no this is not for you”. We did couple of offers and not get in contract with, but his response was like: “ what is for you, is made to be for you. And what is not, don’t look back at it!” After 7 months, he called us: “ Hey guys, I found your perfect house”. And you know what, that was it, today that is our perfect house! We are very glad he is our realtor, and friend before and after giving us the key!

My husband and I cannot recommend Tammy enough or say enough good things about her! We relocated to the Orlando area from Kansas during COVID. It was difficult with our new build being so far away, but Tammy was amazing through the process. Any time we needed anything, she was a phone call away and was happy to do do walk throughs with our builder and FaceTime us during them. We ran into some issues with our builder, but Tammy kept our best interests in mind and really went to bat for us with our builder. She was a great advocate for us and kept us well taken care of. We absolutely loved working with Tammy during every step of the process and she went above and beyond our expectations. When we are ready to sell our home, we look forward to working with Tammy again!
