It was a great pleasure to work with Wendy over the course of several years. The pandemic and bidding wars made buying a house difficult for me, but Wendy never gave up on helping me to find my forever home. Charity worked diligently for our family, finding multiple properties for us to view. We physically walked through 15+ properties to make sure we found a home that suited us. Any property that I couldn't see our family in, Charity didn't hesitate to show me the next property. She instructed me early on, if we ever step foot in a home that doesn't feel like you, there's no need to look at the house b/c you won't be happy in it. We finally landed on a new build that I could picture our family in for years to come, and after all of the looking and walk throughs it came at just the right time. I also appreciate how willing Charity had been to work with a VA loan, from previous experience, all realtors aren't fans of the stipulations that come with VA funds. However being a Veteran, VA loans are a tremendous help. All in all Charity was helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and got us the most thoughtful house warming gift... she's an exceptional realtor that goes above and beyond for her clients.

Carla did a fabulous job with selling our home and finding us a new one. She was always professional & quick to answer any questions or concerns we would have ( we had many), very patient with my husband and myself. Carla had helpful tips and advice on what to do to our house before listing. Professional photos of the house came out great!!! We ran into Nicole at an open house that she working for another agent. We talked and let her know we were looking at buying and/or building a house in about a year. She started showing us houses and designs so that we would be ready. She also said that she could sell our house. She listed our house and sold it for more than I thought possible (before it went on the market) while helping us close on a new house within the same week. What we like most about Nicole is that she is so personable and really knows the ins and outs of selling and buying a house. I can't even count how many houses she showed us without putting any pressure to buy. She even went as far to continue to remind me about my budget. The house that we purchased was one we had looked at earlier and she said you need to look at it again, which we did. When we walked in the second time we knew we were at home and put in a bid. We are 100% satisfied with her and the mortgage company (SWBC) she had us use. We feel that we do not have an agent anymore but a family member that will help us sell or purchase another home!

Charity was very instrumental with the buying of our second home, especially during the challenging time when the housing market had changed. We started out looking for land to build on. After finding some land, we found out it would take a couple years because of a wait list due to having to wait on lumber and brick shortages, so we decided to just look for a house already built. She worked diligently to find home after home after home. We continued to be outbid because we refused to over pay ridiculous prices for homes. Just as we started to say we will just wait She continued to search and found a diamond in the rough, so to say. We did not have to overbid and it came with land. She found it before interest rates skyrocketed, so was able to still stay under 3% as well. If you want a Realtor that will relentlessly put in the work on your behalf. Charity is the one you need. She will not let you down.
