Wendy was absolutely AMAZING! From the start she listened to our lengthy must have and would like to have list and as we toured homes she reminded us of them to ensure we didn’t settle on a home that didn’t have what we wanted. Throughout the process, she communicated daily and after a hail storm had a roof inspector check the property the following day even after the initial home inspection was completed to give us peace of mind. She was extremely knowledgeable about the areas including the school districts even with the expansive geography from Corinth to Mansfield that we gave her. She worked closely with the mortgage company and the title office to ensure everything would go as smoothly as possible for our home buying experience. With us being from out of state, she was our boots on the ground in Texas. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy including family, friends and colleagues. We can’t thank her enough for her time or the dedication she had to finding us our next home.

The listened to what was important to us.
