Where to begin... it's hard to put into words how much we love Wendy and Erin and all that they did for us in helping us to purchase our new home. We were referred to the WE team by Johan Dulfer (another phenomenal realtor), who helped us sell our home in Ithaca, NY. Knowing that we were about to embark onto a HUGE move, Johan interviewed a few realtors in the DFW area to make sure we had the perfect one for us. Even from our initial phone conversation with Wendy, Jim and I both knew we would be friends forever and that she would be our best advocate in the DFW real estate market. From that point on, Wendy and Erin were both professional, honest, attentive, punctual, transparent, and truly listened to and acted upon what we wanted. Time and time again, they went above and beyond in every aspect possible. It was clearly evident they wanted our family to be happy, and that this wasn't just a transaction for them. Wendy & Erin set the bar incredibly high when it comes to selling homes. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and professional, but they were such a joy to be around. We could not be more grateful for their honesty, willingness to always keep us in the loop, and consistently always offering help. My husband and I moved across the country for a job promotion, which left me handling majority of the home selling process, but I never felt alone! Wendy & Erin were always willing to come help me at a moments notice. It felt just like a family or a friend wanting to help. As silly as it is to say, there was a sense of sadness on closing day, because that meant we wouldn’t be in constant contact with Wendy & Erin.
