We don't live in the same county as the home that was sold so I figured we would have some difficulty getting paperwork signed and everything. Tara was great to work with. I interviewed three different realtors before I found Tara. I wasn't happy with the valuation estimates that the prior agents recommended, and I didn't feel like these agents listened to me when I explained the goals I wanted to accomplish with the sale of my home. I looked up recent sales in my neighborhood and saw that Tara sold a home in my neighborhood at an impressive price. I met with Tara, and I felt like she listened to my goals and understood how to work towards accomplishing those goals. She also provided an aggressive list price that I felt was much more accurate than previous realtors recommended.
