Jennifer did a very nice job marketing a selling a slightly worn townhouse in a somewhat sluggish real estate market. She did her research and due diligence. She priced the unit based on "comps" and showed the home to potential buyers. The best part for me is that I didn't have to do very much except read Jennifer's email updates and sign documents from 100 miles away. She was very helpful in coordinating with the Schuylkill County Register of Wills and the Title Company.

Tara was great to work with. I interviewed three different realtors before I found Tara. I wasn't happy with the valuation estimates that the prior agents recommended, and I didn't feel like these agents listened to me when I explained the goals I wanted to accomplish with the sale of my home. I looked up recent sales in my neighborhood and saw that Tara sold a home in my neighborhood at an impressive price. I met with Tara, and I felt like she listened to my goals and understood how to work towards accomplishing those goals.
