Hi there! I’m Susan—or Sue—but never Susie! I’m a REALTOR®, wife to my husband Bob, and proud mom of three amazing kids: Jordan, Madison, and Robert (better known as Bert—a nickname coined by his friends, not me!). I also share my home with two lovable pups, Sherman and Sosa. When I’m not working with clients, I'm busy as the volunteer treasurer for my son’s travel baseball team—a role that has taken me all over the country. Don’t be surprised if I answer your call from the first baseline! I also serve on the Salvation Army Advisory Board, a deeply rewarding commitment that allows me to give back to a cause close to my heart. One of my dreams is to retire someday with enough land to rescue as many dogs as possible to fill my heart. In real estate, I’m known for my straightforward, tell-it-like-it-is approach. Working with me feels more like partnering with a friend than dealing with a salesperson. I especially love guiding first-time homebuyers through the process, helping them make confident and informed decisions. I offer sellers honest advice on staging and leverage innovative social media strategies to attract the right buyers.
