Bob is an amazing agent, the ways he goes above and beyond are to numerous to count. As an example, when the other parties agent failed to complete their duties, he asked what I would like to do with the deal. when I said I wanted to keep it, he did their work as well. When mistakes were made that could have been caught he put his resources on the line to correct them. In the end, you should hit Bob if you want someone knowledgeable, with integrity, who will take care of all the details so you can focus on the rest of your life.
