I unexpectedly lost my dad earlier this year. When it came time to list his home in Michigan my stepdad who is a broker here in Florida with Berkshire Hathaway found Kristen. He instantly felt comfortable with her and knew I would too. He looks out for me like I am his own and he is very picky and knowledgeable. So right there says a lot about Kristen. I live in South Florida and was able to do everything from here. I did meet her at the home when we decided to list it. She was more than amazing. There are not enough good things I could say. This was one of the hardest things I have ever done. And having her by my side made it easy . She knows what she is doing , she is caring and gets the job done !!! I would 100 % recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home !!!

This is an update. I recently send a review that I want to retract. After the dust settled I have done some thinking. I was not that happy when the sale price I had asked for came in lower. I did some research after the 1st review was already posted. In light of this, I feel that Sally and the Berkshire Team did a fine job. The 1st review was given before I really took the time to research the market in my area after the sale. Some factors were not considered. Please disregard the previous review.
