I unexpectedly lost my dad earlier this year. When it came time to list his home in Michigan my stepdad who is a broker here in Florida with Berkshire Hathaway found Kristen. He instantly felt comfortable with her and knew I would too. He looks out for me like I am his own and he is very picky and knowledgeable. So right there says a lot about Kristen. I live in South Florida and was able to do everything from here. I did meet her at the home when we decided to list it. She was more than amazing. There are not enough good things I could say. This was one of the hardest things I have ever done. And having her by my side made it easy . She knows what she is doing , she is caring and gets the job done !!! I would 100 % recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home !!!

She quickly answered any and all questions we had about the process and helped to both educate and guide us through everything. Kristen was great to work with. As someone who relocating, the schedule and timing can be very stressful and I found it to be completely seamless. Kristen was always responsive, timely and able to meet which ultimately led to us finding our perfect home! I appreciate not only her flexibility but her help when navigating us through a very competitive market.

When we contacted Kris, we had a tall order. We were moving from out of state and had a fairly long list of must-haves and would-likes and we had a fairly short turn around time. Kris was great about helping us narrow our list of potentials through agent visits before our came into town for home shopping. Amazingly, she scheduled all of our viewings into our short visit, and we found our dream/forever home! So excited to be Michiganders!
