This was the best home buying experience! Right from the beginning Rob listened to what each of us were looking for in a home. He never made us feel rushed at any visit and was always willing to get answers to every question we had. He led us through the process with kindness, patience, and integrity. We never felt pressured and Rob was able to help us find the perfect place for our family. He took the time to connect with all 6 of us and to be sure we ended up with what we wanted. My wife and I were in the unenviable position of needing to buy a house in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic - we were first-time homebuyers and didn’t know much about the process. But Rob was more than willing to work at our pace, teaching us everything we needed to know without any hint of judgement for the gaps in our knowledge. Even from the first meeting, I felt better knowing we had someone as apt as Rob to guide us. His friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge made us feel like we had a secret weapon against the unknown. But even then, I didn’t realize just how pivotal choosing him as our agent would turn out. 

Throughout the process, Rob conducted himself with excellence and went an extra mile at every opportunity. Our loan officer even commented that Rob’s handling of our unique situation was “just right”. Our homeowner friends routinely warned how stressful buying a home can be. But in our case, that couldn’t have been further from the truth; Rob made the process exciting, steered us away from potential complications, and made us feel confident in moving forward at every step. I have no doubt that the primary reason we enjoyed the process and were successful in the end was that we had the right agent for us. While we’re overwhelmingly satisfied with our new home and don’t plan on moving any time soon, I will only turn to Rob Opitz if I need an agent in the area in which he operates in the future. I can't say enough great things about Rob!

Monique was amazing from the day we met and interviewed each other. That never changed. Her approach was kind and compassionate but with great knowledge and wisdom gained from her experience. She had answers to questions we didn’t even know to ask. She was always available, always had the answer and was a great guide with an obvious heart for her clients. She reached out many times to see how we were doing and to make sure we were aware of upcoming events or needs. She handled so many issues and is the main reason we were able to get the price for our house that we wanted but did not really expect. We cannot recommend Monique highly enough.

I worked with Shirley Simmons for about 3 months through the process of purchasing my first home. Shirley is very in tune to not only what I as the buyer wanted, but needed. As a single female, she was acutely was aware that I would need a safe place to live and somewhere I would be comfortable with. She smartly advised me to look into more square footage despite my initial thoughts on a smaller space. I felt throughout the process she always had my best interest at heart. In the end I closed on a place I love where I can make it a home and either rent or resell in the future. I would recommend Shirley’s services to my friends and family.
