Diana had many clients but treated me as if I was the only one.
Diana is very professional and personable--a great person to work with. She handled changes necessitated by the complexities of the transaction with a positive, "We can do that approach." She is also a great communicator able to explain the process in an easy-to-understand manner. I valued her advice a great deal and always thought that she was focused on helping me instead of trying to get a quick commission. When I need the assistance of another real estate agent, she will be my first choice.

Great Realtor... Found Exactly What I Was Looking For
I met Rosheata through Rocket Mortgage when trying to get pre-qualified for a home as I needed an agent for the application. When we met she listened to what I was looking for and immediately started sending me homes that fit my criteria. She pushed me to take a more active role in the process, which led to finding the perfect place. Once we decided on the match, she was able to get me a decision the same day! She also recommended me to work with her loan agent at Rocket, who was also able to get me the payment amount that I wanted at the lowest rate. Overall a 5/5 experience, from understanding what I wanted, to getting people involved who knew what they were doing. I am happy to say I have the opposite of buyer's remorse as we were able to get the place under the appraisal value.

We contacted Berkshire Hathaway cold to look for an agent and were assigned Rosheata. It was one of the happiest bits of serendipity to ever come our way. Rosheata proved to be the consummate professional. She was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in and around Atlanta, and always available and full of energy, ideas, and advice. In addition, she is a genuinely nice person whom we are proud to call our friend. Our professional relationship with her lasted approximately seven months. Looking back, we can't think of a single instance during that time where some part of the process could have gone better. We felt like every interaction with her brought us that much closer to becoming new home owners. We were on a journey together, and she was just as invested in our success as we were. The process was flawless as far as we are concerned. We can't recommend her strongly enough.

Ro will row your boat
The title of this review is dual due to Ro’s personal and professional relationship with us during our home buying process. From our first phone call, meeting in person and saying goodbye there was always laughter. On a professional level, Ro really guided (rowed) us through the entire process. We had some rough patches (no fault of Ro’s) but she was as passionate as we were in getting them fixed. In essence, she kept us on course with a steady hand. Thanks, Ro

Wonderful and caring!

Exceptional Care & Service!
Rosheata made every step of our home purchase easier than it had every right to be. From helping us research the area, to making a short list of homes, to viewing, all the way through to closing... I knew that she was with us every step of the way. Rosheata is responsive, accountable, and honest. She made sure that every organization and person involved in my purchase process was on time and accurate. I am grateful I had a chance to work with her and to get to know her. She's an outstanding agent and an even better advocate for me.

Our experience from start to finish was top notch!!!
We had a wonderful experience working with Rosheata McClain at Berkshire Hathaway. Her knowledge and experience is top notch. She utilize her resources and maintaining her professionalism to help us find and purchase our new home in GA. She was very patient with us yet stern with us as we needed to have our paperwork in on time. Rosheata made herself available to us and answer any questions we had in a timely manner. If someone is looking to purchase or sell at home Rosheata should be your first choice. She will not steer you in the wrong direction. Overall Rosheata McClain is a hard worker and a dedicated Realtor agent. GO RO!
