This was the best home buying experience! Right from the beginning Rob listened to what each of us were looking for in a home. He never made us feel rushed at any visit and was always willing to get answers to every question we had. He led us through the process with kindness, patience, and integrity. We never felt pressured and Rob was able to help us find the perfect place for our family. He took the time to connect with all 6 of us and to be sure we ended up with what we wanted. My wife and I were in the unenviable position of needing to buy a house in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic - we were first-time homebuyers and didn’t know much about the process. But Rob was more than willing to work at our pace, teaching us everything we needed to know without any hint of judgement for the gaps in our knowledge. Even from the first meeting, I felt better knowing we had someone as apt as Rob to guide us. His friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge made us feel like we had a secret weapon against the unknown. But even then, I didn’t realize just how pivotal choosing him as our agent would turn out.

Our loan officer even commented that Rob’s handling of our unique situation was “just right”. Our homeowner friends routinely warned how stressful buying a home can be. But in our case, that couldn’t have been further from the truth; Rob made the process exciting, steered us away from potential complications, and made us feel confident in moving forward at every step. I have no doubt that the primary reason we enjoyed the process and were successful in the end was that we had the right agent for us. While we’re overwhelmingly satisfied with our new home and don’t plan on moving any time soon, I will only turn to Rob Opitz if I need an agent in the area in which he operates in the future. I can't say enough great things about Rob!

Our process from start to finish (including getting pre-approved, finding a fantastic mortgage broker, finding the home, then closing) was one of the smoothest we've ever been a part of. We used him as our listing agent as well, and he helped us list at the perfect time with the absolute best photos of our home. We got asking price and had another wonderful experience selling. As a first-time home buyer, I was initially very nervous about making such a big decision and my husband and I had a ton of questions about how everything worked. Mr. Opitz was very helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us understand the home buying process, which eliminated my nerves with the process. As we were looking at potential homes to buy, my husband and I gained a better understanding of the things we did and didn’t want. Mr. Opitz was very adaptive and attentive to both our needs and our preferences. He ended up finding the perfect home for us!
