Lewis was excellent--by far the best realtor we've had! And I don't give high marks easily. To be honest, I've very picky and anal myself. This was our 4th home purchase, so I know the process very well. What I needed was someone who can find a home based on our substantial wish list and negotiate with prowess. Lewis did that and MUCH MORE! From the beginning, Lewis was very responsive! He literally met with us daily every morning AND evening because homes were flying on and off the market fast--the same day in some circumstances. Once we selected the property, he was very astute to discover what the seller really cared about and (even though we bid LOWER than another buyer) we were able to secure the property. He shepherded us throughout the entire loan process and took much of the burden off myself--helping to stay on top of my mortgage company, closing attorney, sellers, and more--which translated into a FAST closing. This extended to the inspection and other areas, where I was thoroughly impressed with his skillset and expertise. My husband, son and I were lucky enough to get referred to Beverly Hart at Berkshire Hathaway in Suwanee, GA. Due to the quick sell of our home in Northern Virginia, we had a tight timeframe of ONE weekend to visit homes in Gwinnette/Forsyth Counties. We requested from Beverly to tour 11 homes over that weekend, which she accommodated with great enthusiasm. By the end of day 1 (Saturday) Beverly helped up place an offer on a house, and, due to the her awesome negotiating skills, by the next day (Sunday) we had an accepted contract!
