We have know Beverly for about 10 years since she helped us find a home in Duluth after relocating from South Carolina. She helped our daughter buy her first home and years letter sell it and purchase another. She is a highly knowledgeable professional. So, when it came time to sell our home and downsize there was no one else we would turn to for assistance. We listed our house with her and followed her recommendations for preparing for showings. We had our first offer within days and sold it within weeks. She assisted with negotiations with very difficult buyers and helped guide us to the closing. There is no one I would recommend more!

Beverly Hart once again assisted us with the purchase of our new home. Beverly had helped us find a home in Duluth about 10 years ago. I can be very particular and Beverly is very patient, a perfect match! We looked at many many houses and couldn't find one that checked all of the boxes and had resigned ourselves to the fact that we would be staying with our daughter as we continued the search. Then a house came on the market that we liked, we reached out to Beverly and as she had done so many times in the past she reacted quickly and had us in viewing that house the same day. Some people say that buying a house is stressful, I guess those people never sold one, but, Beverly made the entire process as stress-less as she could with us being first time sellers. With us being first time sellers of course we had a lot of questions, Beverly promptly answered every one of those questions. I would highly recommend and would use Beverly again!

If you are look a caring, honest, hardworking , professional realtor, Stefanie Henry is it. Ive had a few realtors prior to Stefanie and she hands down is the BEST. She came highly recommend to me from someone else and she did not did disappoint. She was patient, reliable, knowledgeable, and just all around AMAZING. I was in the process of selling and buying a new home and had to do it all in less then 30 days, while also working a crazy work schedule, but Stefanie made it happen with no issues. I was not stressed at All she made sure the process was fast, fun, and easy.
