Even after the closing Chuck has stayed in touch and made sure we didn't need anything. How rare to find someone who continues to reach out after the sale. Beverly recently helped us sell our lake house on Lake Lanier, and once again her service was superb!!! The house sold in just 1 day for full price! A great listener who did his homework and did not waste our time. We were impressed with his knowledge of the market and area. Because of his professionalism we quickly found the perfect home . Osaze was a joy to work with and we found him to be punctual and always available when needed. Once the sale was made he continued to follow up to make sure we satisfied and happy. Stefanie is AMAZING! My husband and i had a relocation that was very fast and she helped us narrow down searches while living in two different states, and when we came to view houses she had everything lined up for us. She made everything easy, and talked us through everything. Her main concern was making sure we got what we wanted, at a price we could afford. We were able to close in 14days, which is pretty unheard of. Best realtor ive ever had!! She is very down to earth, and makes the viewings an experience to remember. I am a first time home owner and Stefanie was great throughout the entire process. I felt as though I was well informed and anything that I didn't know or understand Stefanie was always there to bridge the gaps. Marta was excellent! Within just a couple of days of me contacting her and giving my wishlist she had a ton of properties for us to look at. I believe we contacted her on a Wednesday for the first time and we were looking at properties in person on Saturday! She is very quick to respond. Her and her husband were able to point out many things that my husband and I did not know to look for as first time home buyers (windows fogged up, foundation, old appliances). Of course that is always negotiable but it was nice to be able to consider these factors when deciding to put in an offer. The house we ended up putting in an offer on (and got it!) had a couple things we wanted to get fixed by the seller. Marta kept on the seller and they gave us extra money at closing and paid for our home warranty, both of which they originally had said no to. As first time home buyers, we did not know the process and she took her time to walk us through every step. She explained each step thoroughly. Her and her husband gave us a list of vendors and so many great ideas for our new home! Note: We bought this house during the pandemic. They take covid-19 seriously and we felt VERY safe entering homes with them. Thank you Marta and Alejandro!!!
