We worked with Tim when we bought our house several years ago and him and his team did a wonderful job. When I took a job across the country almost 4 years later and had to sell the house, Tim and his team were the obvious first choice. The results were wonderful! He walked us through the whole process of selling (previously, he helped us as we were first-time home buyers). Tim answered every question we had, and provided us with the knowledge we needed in order to sell for a fair price within our time frame. He was honest every step of the way, and when unforeseen issues arose (on the buyer's side), Tim and his team walked us through the best possible solutions. They even went out of their way, doing the extra legwork to ensure everything was resolved as fast as possible and we were able to close the sale only slightly past our scheduled closing date (again, this was because of the buyer's agent; Tim and his team did everything right). I'd recommend Tim and his team to any first-time home buyers or sellers for sure. They make the process completely manageable for people outside of the real estate industry. I wish every agent had their professionalism and abilities!

I chose Tim based on the previous reviews on Zillow and I was not disappointed during any point of the process. While there were some complications during the process, Tim was always there to explain some of the situations and provided multiple paths forward and allowed me to choose what best fit me. He was more than willing to show me multiple homes and at no point did I ever feel "pushed" to buy any specific house. Tim is more than willing to work around your schedule and will answer you at most hours of the day within minutes. He truly takes pride in his work and I would absolutely choose him again for my next purchase.
