If I could give Tim 6 stars, I would. Above and beyond in every way, Tim was responsive since the first day we talked about what I was looking for in a home. As a first-time homebuyer, I was understandably overwhelmed with the process. With each home tour, Tim helped me to narrow down what was important to me and assuaged my concerns about the process. He walked me through the homebuying process (and repeated when I inevitably forgot things) and when I decided to make an offer, he worked diligently on my behalf and kept me updated every step of the way. And when my closing was almost derailed, he helped to save it at the last minute and even drove back from his home to drop the keys off to me so I could get into the house on the night of closing. I could not give Tim a higher recommendation - a consummate professional, friendly and personable, and truly a class act.

Highly recommend Tim to anyone looking to purchase a home! Tim is extremely knowledgeable and made my first time home buying experience a piece a cake! He always kept his schedule open for me to view houses even if it was Last minute! I viewed A ton of houses with Tim on different nights of the week and different times and he was always available and never had isssues getting appointments to see the homes! He always gave his honest opinions on houses and would point some things out about the homes that we might not have noticed! Throughout the process I never Felt pressured to buy a home! Tim was very professional, but also very down to earth and friendly. He went above and beyond with everything he did for us. He replies to texts, emails and phone calls before you can blink. And when we found the home we wanted 20 minutes after it was posted for sale, called him to ask to see it that night, he made it happen! And we purchased that home one week ago!! He walked us through every step and never made us feel like our questions were silly or made us feel bad if he had to repeat himself.
