The other two realtors wanted to list high which meant the house probably would have sat on the market long (even in this sellers market) Timothy took the time to explain how the process would work, reviewed all the listing paperwork with me, gave me staging ideas, as well as professional photos. We starting with a coming soon while the house was being prepared for showings. As soon as the listing became available, I had 22 in one weekend and several offers.
