Last summer when I decided to sell my home I called Nancy as I kept her card from a sale she made down the street from me about nine months previous. From the first day I met her, I felt like I knew her all my life. SHe is warm and caring. She listened to me needs and concerns, she answered all of my questions and worked fast to get my home listed. The pictures she had taken of my home were the most professional I have ever had. Once my home went on the market I had many showings and I had an offer in a week. It was the fastest I have ever sold a home in my life. Everything went thru smoothly and I was out of my home in just a little over two months from when I first called her. Nancy was without a doubt the best home realtor I've ever had and I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to sell their home.
