Nancy was the most personable agent I have ever met
Nancy was the most personable agent I have ever met. She served our needs beyond our expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Besides her professionalism, she gave us important insights into our new community and helped introduce us to people, goods and services that have really helped to make us feel welcome. If ever I have need for another real estate transaction in New Jersey, she will be my first and only call!

From the beginning of Nancy Hund’s association with my parents as their realtor, she was very professional and attentive to their needs as senior citizens who had lived in their house for over 43 years. She listened to me and my wife when we made suggestions as to listing price and what was needed for a smooth transition for their move to Pennsylvania. On the night when the notary came for them to sign the papers, we were notified of a big issue that caused the closing to be put off for over a week. Nancy Hund made sure we were informed when the closing would take place. She assured that the closing as well as the payment were delivered to my parents. She is highly recommended.

Scott, Bernice and the entire BHHS Fox and Roach team were amazing every step of the way with the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. Any time we reached out to Scott he answered or if he couldn't he would call us back right away. He answered all of our questions (and we had a ton of them) and guided us through the process step by step. Thank you all so much for making the process of buying our new home and selling our previous home so easy. We definitely recommend Scott and BHHS Fox and Roach to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home.

Excellent realtor. Goes above and beyond for her clients. Nancy goes the extra mile to get your house sold and to get you into the home of your dreams. This isn’t my first experience with a realtor, but it has certainly been the best! Highly recommend.
