I am a Real Estate Attorney and i recently represented a Seller who was represented by Nancy. It was not an easy sale as the Seller was not local and there was septic tank and inspection issues that had to be resolved to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy and Mortgage Commitment. The buyer also did not have an Attorney which also made things move much slower and required more work for Nancy to communicate and resolve issues directly with the buyer. Even though there were delays Nancy was able to keep the transaction together and follow up with contractors and town officials to obtain the necessary documents and we closed!!! I would highly recommend Nancy to any Buyer or Seller as she is very thorough, persistent and gets the job done.

Karen made this process for us Extremely Easy, Not Once, But Twice!!! This is the exact reason we asked her to put our house up for sale. Karen was the realtor we bought the house from and 2 years later, we decided she was the realtor we needed to sell it! She did just that in record time!! Brad and the Scott Sheppard team made selling our house a piece of cake. If only the actual move was so easy! The process went smoothly from start to finish. No surprises. Brad's strategy, guidance and professionalism are top notch and something you cannot put a dollar amount on. Trust me, I know....my husband and I started the process of selling our house thinking....... we can do this ourselves.....we don't need a realtor. Yeah right! I challenged Brad to change our minds and boy did he ever. From the beautiful pictures and video for our listing to him literally hitting the pavement to get the word out that our house was for sale, Brad worked hard for us.
