During the sales phase, It did hit a couple of bumps but Brian was right on top of it at all times and found solutions to any issues that arise and follow issues until it was resolved. Although I did speak to several agents before I listed the house, he was the only one that was spot on as to the price of my property and was able to obtain exactly the price that he quoted. Brian provided his cell number and was always available regardless of what time I would call him. Brian is easy to talk to and is always there to advise you. He is an excellent professional agent who is more then an agent, he is a friend.
