Selling my parents house can be quite daunting, but Maryann made the process very easy. Once Maryann walked through the house, she came up with a strategy to market the house along with an asking price. The asking price was at the high end of the range for similar houses, but Maryann knew what the market would bear and assured me the price was fair and the house would sell quickly. Within hours of the listing going live, we had an offer and contract for more than the asking price. Maryann helped me for about a year while I was looking for a home. I had a lot of asks with a smaller budget. The market was rough, and there were a lot of conditions out of our control. But Maryann was always there to help me persevere with encouragement to continue on. At the end of the day, I am in my dream home! It never felt like Maryann was just trying to make a sale, she became a family friend throughout our journey and it felt like she genuinely wanted to see me in the perfect home without settling. I contacted Diane from Tucson, Arizona about finding a home. After filling her in on my wish list, she went to work and found some candidates. We looked at three or four with her using cellphone video technology. I put in an offer, it was accepted and Diane did the rest. She dealt with the seller’s agent, home inspection and all the other annoying details. All the signatures were handled electronically including one glitch on closing day. Not her fault! Diane is tops in my book. I feel like I’ve made a friend.
