Maryann helped me for about a year while I was looking for a home. I had a lot of asks with a smaller budget. The market was rough, and there were a lot of conditions out of our control. But Maryann was always there to help me persevere with encouragement to continue on. At the end of the day, I am in my dream home! It never felt like Maryann was just trying to make a sale, she became a family friend throughout our journey and it felt like she genuinely wanted to see me in the perfect home without settling. Maryann even went as far as to have her husband come out to a property I was looking at to provide his expertise. Maryann's perseverance, consistency, flexibility, and knowledge was exactly what I needed to help me tackle this market. I contacted Diane from Tucson, Arizona about finding a home. After filling her in on my wish list, she went to work and found some candidates. We looked at three or four with her using cellphone video technology. I put in an offer, it was accepted and Diane did the rest. She dealt with the seller’s agent, home inspection and all the other annoying details. All the signatures were handled electronically including one glitch on closing day. Not her fault! Diane is tops in my book. I feel like I’ve made a friend.
