Jennifer is not only professional, but courteous and kind. She calmed me down when the first buyer backed out. She enlightened me by telling me this happens a lot. She was with me all the way. Could not have had a better rep. During settlement she informed me of everything that was going on. She really is knowledgeable in her craft. Even after the sale she contacted me to see if I was satisfied with everything, and of course I was. She did a terrific job and I have recommended her to other potential buyers.

We decided to sell our house during a crazy time - we hadn't been in our house for even 2 years, we just had a baby, it was mid-pandemic, and the market was extremely difficult in terms of buying. Jenn knows the area, knows contractors, and is connected to other Realtors. She was kind to us, but also to other agents. She never pressured us, but instead encouraged us to follow our gut and supported us in making our decisions. She never made us feel like an after-thought or inconvenience. We were so nervous to sell our home and buy a new one during a volatile time in the world and in our own lives, but Jenn made us feel like we could do it. We trusted her with basically our livelihood and she came through - we got over asking for selling our home, and beat out multiple other offers when purchasing our new home. I firmly believe that we would not have been able to do that without Jenn. She was exactly who we needed for this process, and I can't speak more highly of her.
