Eric Downs goes above and beyond to help his clients , We had our house on the market for about a year. After that year we were so annoyed, so we were thinking of taking it off the market for awhile but then we decided to just change realtors. We meet Eric and my husband and I knew right ten this would be the man to sell our house, we planned an open house and we didn't even get to the open house cause we had an offer and sold it in 3 weeks after we changed realtors.
