After having my house on the market for 2 1/2 years, I listed my house with Eric. Within 3 months, Eric was working and offer with me as the seller in a 2 month long, stressful negotiation and sales process. The sale included Eric using his strong negotiation skills in arranging a change to HOA bylaws where there had not been a change in 15 years of existence. Eric worked with the HOA, buyer, seller, and attorney to get the change made and then filed with the county. Eric kept everyone informed every step of the way.
