We have worked with Jerry for many years and, as usual, Jerry lived up to his high level of past performance. We needed to get a condo purchase done quickly to meet a very important deadline and he got the deal done from "offer to settlement" in less than two weeks! Eric was incredible to work with. He went above and beyond for us. He wore so many hats during our search for the perfect home for our mom. He understood that moving out of the home she was in for over 50 years was emotional and he did everything in his power to ease the transition. We always knew Eric had her best interests in mind. When issues popped up (and there were quite a few) he tirelessly fought for my mom to make sure that everything was resolved before she closed. He was always available to us.
