Georgette went above and beyond what an agent would do, in my opinion. I vacated the home weeks before closing, and before the property inspection took place. Several conditions were identified during the inspection that required correction before the sale would be finalized. Georgette not only arranged with about four or five companies to correct these items, but she was at the home to give access to the property, and she spent many hours staying at the house until the work was completed. Without this dedication, I would have had to have made at least one if not more trips back to Delaware from my new home in Wisconsin. Georgette also kept the communication lines open while the home was on the market. She either initiated frequent calls, or returned any calls I made no later than the next day. Her professionalism was exemplary, but her easy going style and approach to selling my home are what stick in my mind as her best qualities. It indeed was a pleasure to have Georgette as my real estate agent and "take the lead" in the entire home selling process.
