Working with Kathleen was over and above any expectations I have had working with a realtor. Kathy was very knowledgeable in all areas of types of sales whether it was a normal sale or a sale of a house within a trust. I worked with her on both. Kathy answered most of my questions before I even asked. Both sales went very smoothly. I would recommend Kathy highly to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.

we had a wonderful experience dealing with Kathy in selling my house. As i said to her when thing start getting squirrely durring the process, she talks me off the ledge. She has a way of calming the situation down. We sold, got more then the asking price and had all our questtions answered. Kathy has helped me for years prior on reality questions and would not have dreammed of using anyone else.

Kathy was a blessing to us during our time selling our house. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She made the entire process easy for us. The fact she was from Barrington and knew a lot about the Barrington housing market made us feel very comfortable. We appreciate that she was able to find great people to do needed work on our house before the sale. We are very happy our experience with Kathy McDonald

Kathy entered my home and spoke with professionalism and care and expertise! She made me feel strong about my decision and confident. Her constructive feedback for house prep to show it was gentle! I enjoyed working together with her and occasionally Lisa! I only wish I could have sold my home at original price they offered. I didn’t know appraisers have final say in selling price! I’m thrilled with everything Kathy and Lisa did for me!!!

Kathy McDonald is a wonderful agent as well as an amazing caring person. She cares about her clients as if they are her family and treats them as such! Kathy is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, and also about house structures themselves. She was able to guide us and advise on what to watch out for, especially as first time home buyers. We 100% recommend Kathy as the best agent at Berkshire Hathaway!!!

I've worked with multiple Raltors over the years, and my experience with Kathy, and her strong and knowledgeable team, far exceeded them all! She layed out a plan, and executed it like a true professional. She had a stable of expert contractors to assist in getting home ready, knew the ins and outs of the Boro, and always returned emails, phone calls, and responded to texts. If you want to sell your home, she is the one to HELP you navigate the process, and get you to the closing table.

As first time home buyers who were looking for a house while living out of state in VA and had a tight deadline of 3 months, we wanted a realtor who would have the expertise and availability to guide us through the process. Kathy was the perfect choice due to her decades of experience, her extensive knowledge about the South Jersey area and its many neighborhoods, as well as her keen eye during showings. We also greatly appreciated her fantastic communication, quick responses to our many questions via calls and texts, and overall patience and reassurance throughout both the house search and house buying process. In addition, her various connections in the real estate market and beyond were incredibly useful even up to now after we've moved in. We can't recommend Kathy enough and are incredibly grateful to her!
