Our first meeting with Kathy led to an open discussion on what we were looking for. She listened and then asked question to help clarify what was most important to us. Good communications continued after that first meeting. She was well informed on what was available on the market as well as potential new property's coming up but not yet listed. After showing us a property, which did not work out, she was quick to find something that still met our needs. We unfortunately bought at a time where property's went fast and at above price of listing. As we looked at property's she was quick to judge if the price was right and we were guided by her knowledge of the current market. Once we settled on a property she was with us in negotiating a price and just as importantly the terms of the contract, {Inspections , repairs, etc}. She was available to answer any questions during the entire process and treats her clients as family. Can not go wrong using this agent.
