We have had the pleasure of working with Kathy McDonald with our recent home purchase. Kathy had worked with us during the previous purchase and sale of our previous home in NJ. She was enthusiastic, supportive and got the sales done smoothly. After returning to NJ, we started looking at neighborhoods throughout South Jersey. When the final house was found, Kathy’s strong sense of integrity, professionalism and experience were key points to getting this sale over the finish line. Kathy helped us navigate through the (sometimes tricky) negotiation process and demonstrated her care for us as clients. From our first call while living 5 hours away, until closing on our new home, Kathy was responsive, enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
