Our house had not sold using another agent who was somewhat "hands off". Diane, in contrast, is very detail oriented and had clear proposals on how to market the property, which had more land than most. The marketing package was effective, generating an improved level of interest. Diane worked extensively with a couple, one of whom was a first time buyer, to address all their questions. The house sold relatively quickly and the settlement went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Diane for your real estate needs.

Just closed on our home today, using Kris as our selling agent.
