It’s been over 30 years since I last moved and I told Eve I would need a lot of hand-holding throughout this process. Eve-Keeps you informed and let’s you vent, then comes up with a solution/compromise. Eve-Gets answers-has people, needed a handyman for a small job and a house cleaner for the final move out. Eve-Helped me with a minor repair and lifting a few boxes into my car since I recently hurt my knee. Eve-On The Spot Action-at settlement buyers agent said toilet didn’t flush, really?! I was recommended by Eve Marberger through a retired realtor friend , who assured me that Eve would take good care of us in the sale of our mother's home and Eve surpassed that by taking not only good but excellent care of us in the whole process of cleaning out and preparing our mother's house for sale ! Her decision to have a contractor work with her to help evaluate and prepare our mother's older home to attract buyers and bring top dollar possible , was an indication of her wisdom in both market knowledge as well as her professionalism .
