She helped me find a house and then went on to help me keep that house through financial insecurity as well as storm damage and then guided me through when it was time to sell. At this point, I worked with Tina on 4 real estate transactions: buying/selling my first home (2), buying/selling my second home (2). There is absolutely no way I would recommend anyone else to work with in South Philadelphia. Tina gives great recommendations on how to prepare your house for sale, and is also a great buyer's agent, tending to the anxieties that we all face when looking at such a large purchase. She's honest and direct but also caring and super-fun to be around, which eases the tensions in these kinds of transactions. With Tina, what you see is what you get: a super awesome energetic warm friendly wonderful person who is amazing at her job! Once you work with her, you're family! I will miss living near her; there is no way there is a better neighbor or real estate agent out there!

I was looking for an agent to sale my house a friend gave me a phone of an agent that sold her house in jersey I contact the agent and the agent said I have someone who can sale your house in Philadelphia he gave me the phone number to Elise Danh, I spoke to Elise gave her all the information she needed about the house and how much I wanted for it. within a month we had buyer, then came the appraiser OMG this man try to lowball our house for way Below the value of what we was asking for and below market value so we disagree with the value and the buyer backed off Elise reposted the house she didn’t what she knows Best two weeks later we got another buyer 28 days later we sold and got about $20k more then the value of the house. Elise stayed on top of things the communication was always there wether it was text or a phone call she lets you know that she works for the saler no matter what bye me of the day she was there the best part about it is that the house we sold was in Philadelphia and I live in Florida we didn’t have to fly out there to do any paper work or signing thank you Elise we also have a new friend .

Leon is one of the best professionals (of any kind) I have ever met! I recently moved to Philadelphia from San Francisco, and Leon helped me make the transition seamless. Not only is Leon knowledgable, but he is strategic, and executes well on both tactical and strategic tasks. I have in the past found real estate agents not to be responsive, however, Leon is incredible at communication. One other great thing about Leon, is his background is in real estate investing, so he really understands the investment portion, and specializes in many neighborhoods in this hot real estate market.
