I was looking for an agent to sale my house a friend gave me a phone of an agent that sold her house in jersey I contact the agent and the agent said I have someone who can sale your house in Philadelphia he gave me the phone number to Elise Danh, I spoke to Elise gave her all the information she needed about the house and how much I wanted for it. within a month we had buyer, then came the appraiser OMG this man try to lowball our house for way Below the value of what we was asking for and below market value so we disagree with the value and the buyer backed off Elise reposted the house she didn’t what she knows Best two weeks later we got another buyer 28 days later we sold and got about $20k more then the value of the house. Elise stayed on top of things the communication was always there wether it was text or a phone call she lets you know that she works for the saler no matter what bye me of the day she was there the best part about it is that the house we sold was in Philadelphia and I live in Florida we didn’t have to fly out there to do any paper work or signing thank you Elise we also have a new friend .
