Michelle was a very accommodating realtor, who worked with my schedule very well and had a lower rate than some other realtors I talked to. Sometimes I felt like she pushed me to make offers somewhat aggressively, but when making offers Michelle very accurately judged what bids would win and managed to help me win a bid for 20k under asking.

I needed to sell my house in a very difficult time in my life. Kathleen was there for me with every step. She went MILES above her call of duty for me in so many ways. With the housing market the way it is, I was concerned about selling it. Not only did she sell my house, she was able to get FULL asking price. She navigated through the difficult moments with the sale like the champion she is. I truly believe that if I hadn't hired Kathleen as my Real Estate Agent, my house would not have sold in the manor it did.

I first worked with Michelle back in 2017 when I needed help finding a rental. Some friends bought their house with Michelle and recommended her to me. After initial discussion on what I was looking for, Michelle had an incredible lineup of rentals to see- all with their own unique flare! She helped me get a great rental at that time. When I moved back to Philadelphia in 2023, I immediately sought out Michelle to help me with house hunting. I only had a short period of time to visit Philly and see houses- after an initial discussion, Michelle had a lineup of 25 houses that we saw in over 2 days! Michelle knew the "ins and outs" of the entire Philly housing market- including its unique aspects that can be very different from other parts of the country. Also, Michelle has referral contacts for literally anything you need for your house. This has been INCREDIBLY helpful while I have been setting-up my new home. Finally, Michelle makes the whole process FUN! Finding a home can be super stressful, but Michelle's experience, confidence, and simply who she is as a person make the process easy.
