In the case of local knowledge, Rachel obviously knows the greater Lecanto area well and had solid familiarity with not only what’s on the market, but market conditions as well. Regarding process expertise it was obvious that my purchase was ‘not her first rodeo’; she was able to answer any question I had about what was to happen next or why parts of the transaction were happening when. She is responsive to a fault - I would often receive a reply to a question well into the evening hours or first thing in the morning. All in all a pleasant, professional transaction that spanned many weeks.
