I had been in touch with Luci about the necessity of selling my home, so on our first meeting, she came prepared with information, including potential costs/receipts to seller based on estimated selling prices. Hoever, in the meantime my neighbor and his wife came over and insisted that they wanted to buy my home. Luci advised me that would then be a Sale by Owner, and she would return with recommended compariston prices and net proceeds. I reached an agreement with the neighbor, and everything was fine......until a devestating disagreement in the neighborhood made my neighbors decide they would move away, and were no longer interested in buying my home! So now Luuci had to start over with all the requirements to put my home on MLS. We had to work fast because I had a deadline to meet for my move. Every thing was promptly done, and two days later, I had a potential buyer at the posted cost. The buyer was very involved in all aspects of inspection, and even ordered additiional inspections. Eveerything was fine, UNTI.......the buyer and mortgage companycould not agree on their deal and the buyer withdrew. So it took a third try to sell my home. Luci put the info out again and contacted other aents who had expressed interest. Within another couple of days I had two offers to consider. Thats why I said Luci was knowledgeable, helpful AND PATIENT. I wholeheartedly]recommend Luci Suarez to any potential seller or buyer of real estate in the central Florida area.
