Luci Suarez was the specialist we needed and performed she did. Terra Vista is a very different market and Berkshire Hathaway is the only outfit that has the inside track to that market. Long distance purchases are always a challenge, however, we really appreciated the time and effort Russell put forth in showing us houses as well as always taking the time to let us explore as much as we needed, never making us feel rushed, even though we only had a few days to explore houses while here on vacation. Russell also answered most of our questions but, when he was unsure about something, he found the correct info. for us and always got back to us. He was very knowledgeable in many ways and offered advice that was beneficial. Russell gave us great references to knowledgeable people for any of the areas of future concerns/updates that we had for our house. We were moving from CO to FL so there were a lot of details to address. Luci was great and I couldn't have asked for more from her. She showed us the houses I was considering and one more. She communicated with the title company, did the walk through, helped with the inspections, and more. She also provided contacts for me to use to get the inspections done. Luci also explained to me the differences between CO and FL house purchases. I highly recommend Luci and would use her again, but we hope never to move again. :-)
