We were moving from CO to FL so there were a lot of details to address. Luci was great and I couldn't have asked for more from her. She showed us the houses I was considering and one more. She communicated with the title company, did the walk through, helped with the inspections, and more. She also provided contacts for me to use to get the inspections done. Luci also explained to me the differences between CO and FL house purchases. I highly recommend Luci and would use her again, but we hope never to move again. :-)

Racheal seem to always be there when we needed her or had a question. She was quick to set up appointments when we found a house to look at. We never had to wait for her to get back to us. She seemed to know what we were looking for after showing the first house we requested to see. She was FANTASTIC at sharing her thoughts when I asked questions about a couple of different houses. Racheal really is a great person to bounce thoughts off of to keep you on track to find the perfect house! She was very knowledgeable at coordinating between the title company , Mortgage lender and insurance companies, and inspectors! If we ever have to do it again, she would be my go to!
