Russell went above and beyond what we would expect a realtor to do for us in order to help sell a house. We were selling a new build home in Florida while residing in Arizona and Russell gave us updates on the house along the way and even picked up the keys for us when it was officially ours. Normally I would’ve expected to have to fly in 3-4 times to do odds and ends but Russell helped us out with those things. Anyone can help you sell a home but if you want someone who does it quickly without you having to worry about the process I’d recommend you let Russell take care of it.

We were originally looking for land, then at houses, then back to land and then ended up finding just the right thing for us. Russell was super helpful throughout the process and stuck by us through all of our flip flopping. He was very tell-it-like-it-is when it came to locations, prices, expectations, so he won’t try to sell you on something just to make a sale which we loved. On top of that, the network of contacts he has built up is impressive which makes him an even greater resource. If you need something for your new place, Russell probably knows a guy.

We first met Lori while renting a home . Being very familiar with the area, she willingly shared her knowledge and insight. We contacted Lori when we found a house in which we were interested. She made herself available very quickly, prepared a folder pointing out all aspects of the home, and patiently accompanied us to our viewing answering all of our questions. She supported our offer and communicated often through the contingency period. She attended our closing and genuinely celebrated our sale with us. We enjoy her easy-going style and professionalism.
